If you are one of deluxhost Support team. Can you please help me to trace my ticket. Actually I have been using deluxhost for more than 6months of which I always purchase almost every preorder deluxhost advertise here on LET including the black Fridays because dollar rate is very high in my country I can only afford cheap promo VPS. I got one last VPS recently from deluxhost again and I noticed I couldn't use the new VPS for my project like I use my previous ones easily. The new VPS keep failing to work for my projects. I later find out that the firewall rule I used to set up easily that's making the previous VPS work smoothly for my projects had been removed from the firewall plans. I tried out other left firewall plans 1by1. Unfortunately for me, non of it is letting my new VPS working with my projects at all. I have created several tickets and keep checking for answer or solution for complete sleepless 24hrs checking deluxhost website for update but this firewall issue is not fixed till now. There is one annoying member of your support team that kept on repeating the same reply for good 24hrs that I should create a ticket and state reason for requesting some ports opening on the firewall rules and I have kept on creating tickets but no single solution than this same reply from him saying create a ticket and state reasons, create a ticket and state reasons on repeat mode like a bot. This guy "D'Ercoli Lorenzo" Supporting experience is very poor deluxhost needs to send him back to training before you add him to your technical support team for goodness sake. Over 24hrs I had been on this firewall rules and ports settings. I have made it clear that I have been using this firewall same rules I'm requesting now for long and I'm still using it on my previous VPS which I still have with this same deluxhost company and I have never for once received any complaint from deluxhost that my using of the firewall rule is posing any threat to your system neither is it posing any problem on my project too so why the sudden stinginess of not releasing this same firewall rules on this my new VPS

I'm a complete novice when it comes to all these your cloud computing stuff. I only use VPS for slowDNS that Connect to internet cheaply on my country sim carrier. That's all I ever learnt to do with VPS and that's what I have been using your VPS to do. You can confirm by checking my previous VPS IP addresses with your company if it is possible to carry out test on my previous IP addresses with your company

When are you guys starting to deploy new servers? When I bought a VPS from you, the information was that servers would be deployed in 7 days. Now I see 21 days. WOW, this is a huge difference.
