Its true. Our support is slow. If you need super fast support, go to a company that advertises such a thing.

Will get caught up on the server transfer requests in the next few days. From our side, they're low priority.

We'll actually not allow server transfers in the future because it's extra work since 90% of the time the user that is trying to get the transfer doesn't already have an account, then we have to enable (temporarily) open registration, and babysit it and the queue until they register their account, then close registration and push the service to their account. Plus, when we do promos, some get sniped up and resold for profit on other platforms.

I've had a pending TOS/AUP update drafted for months now. I'll finalize it, eventually.

But for now, service transfers are still acceptable :)

Of course, once finalized, we'll notify via email so there are not surprises in the future.

Ummm so a few days ago I bought a server from ServerBachelor, but instead of manually creating an account and waiting for you to temporarily open registration, I went ahead and generated an invoice for the cheapest option (the VPN) just to set up the account, because I couldn’t find a signup button. Then I had him open a ticket with that account email for the server transfer. My account won’t get disabled while I wait for the transfer, right? I'm getting somewhat worried now, because I’ve gotten two emails about an overdue invoice, but I can’t cancel it myself, and I’m not sure if IncogNET automatically deletes new accounts with unpaid invoices after a certain period of time.
