I once missed an acquisition announcement and the provider deadpooled in 2 weeks despite all the flashy PR talk (like the above).

    BuyVM sold, no deadpool yet.
    Crunchbits sold, no deadpool yet.
    LevelOneServers sold, no deadpool yet.

Yes, FULL ACK - but: (a) a proof to the contrary requires completeness (and not just a few cases), and (b) hey, what PineappleM stated was based on a "normal person's rule of thumb", and IMO in fact a sensible one, and (c) how top-class providers act is one thing, how many cheap providers act is a quite different thing.

Unfortunately, sanctions have nothing in common with quality control :disappointed:

  • I don't understand the issue here as a EU citizen you can open a company in every member state, what's wrong with that, and if you give the government money they will let you do pretty much anything you want, so no probably the EU will do nothing about it because it's perfectly legal what they are doing. That it's the same company who cares I didn't like there service anyway, but there legal formation is nothing wrong with.

Legal doesn't equal moral, of course.

Recruitment and selection agency. Finding and selecting suitable candidates for vacancies in other organisations. This can be on a temporary or permanent basis

This is what they told the dutch Chaimbers of Commerce what their activities will be.

Any time there is a merger or change in management or whatever, start taking backups of everything (if you haven’t already) and come up with a migration plan B. I once missed an acquisition announcement and the provider deadpooled in 2 weeks despite all the flashy PR talk (like the above).

always possible if there is a changing of the guard, hopefully all goes well.

Yes, this is completely legal in The Netherlands, its a virtual office company and administration company. Lots of people use it in The Netherlands. So still nothing wrong with it. Probably they help people incorporate in The Netherlands.

  • I have to agree its a shady business, but thats just how The Netherlands operate like in the VOC scamming people hiding behind businesses, this is completely normal in The Netherlands as long as you pay your taxes the government is happy and you can do pretty much whatever you want like i said before.

  • @WhiteRoseG said: its a virtual office company and administration company

That is not true. Read the KVK entry.

That is not how it works. What stupid offshore company movie have you watched? Opening a BV in the Netherlands is a pain in the ass.

Its really easy, you don't even need to put money in it. 10 years ago it was more difficult. Thats why you have so much scam companys in The Netherlands, i can literally send you now 10 websites they will incorporate your BV for 400 euro and tomorrow your the proud owner of your own BV. You dont even have to leave your house. Maybe you see the big skyskrapers with Regus on it thats like all they do and you have like another 1000+ companys they do the same haha. And what is the KVK its not even a controlling entity, its not like they come to control your business so like i said you can do pretty much whatever you do.
