Looking for VPS or Colocation with BGP in DE-CIX Madrid & EQUINIX LS Lisbon

I’m looking for either VPS or colocation options in the following locations:
DE-CIX Madrid
EQUINIX LS Lisbon
Requirements:
BGP connection is mandatory
Reliable network connectivity (preferably with direct access to local IX)
Competitive pricing
If you have recommendations, offers, or can provide services directly in these data centers, please let me know. Details about specs, pricing, and network info would be greatly appreciated!

That is not a location, that is an Internet Exchange Point.
they have Portugal and Spain in the website but I don't see Portugal anywhere to order.
Sorry, what i want is colocation our VPS with the possibility of ixp connections.
