Hi @Ouji -- We don't offer VPS services out of Miami per say, but we do have Atlanta which is in the neighboring state and should offer very comparable latency for you.
Atlanta recently sold out, but we're actively working on a restock. If this works for you, email me at [email protected] and I can do a deal in ATL immediately without waiting for the public restock
