PQ.Hosting: THE.Hosting: Important News About the Company’s Transformation
On May 29, 2025, the PQ.Hosting brand will officially cease to exist.
This decision marks the completion of a full-scale transformation, through which all assets, infrastructure, and customer services are transferred under the management of a new company — THE.Hosting.
The PQ.Hosting project no longer exists — neither as a legal entity nor as an operational structure. From the moment of transition, full control over all operational and technical activities has passed to new owners with no connection to the previous management or beneficiaries.
Services will continue to operate without interruption. All current VPS, other services, locations, pricing plans, and billing cycles will be automatically extended — no action is required from clients. Access to services will be automatically redirected to the new website and billing platform of THE.Hosting. The entire infrastructure — including the network, control panels, and automation — will continue functioning, but now under new management.
THE.Hosting remains committed to its core mission: delivering reliable, high-quality hosting worldwide.
We are confident that our future will only grow stronger and more resilient. With each passing day, we become better equipped to serve, and our commitment to delivering the best possible service remains the foundation of our approach. Our team is available 24/7 and ready to answer any questions.
THE.Hosting is the evolution of trusted hosting with a renewed approach.
Everything you valued remains. Everything that can be improved — will be.
We are proud to enter this new chapter and to serve you with even greater strength and confidence.

Any time there is a merger or change in management or whatever, start taking backups of everything (if you haven’t already) and come up with a migration plan B. I once missed an acquisition announcement and the provider deadpooled in 2 weeks despite all the flashy PR talk (like the above).
You should also do this if the EU sanctions your hosting provider
Looking forward to next time EU imposes sanction on their 'new' brand.
It's not what you know, it's what you can prove... lol ))
I love it... times that we live in make it absolutely impossible for any and all governmental bodies to prevent you from doing business on a global scale if that's what you want.
What are they going to do if you transfer all of your assets to a clean person from the EU?
Even if they were to claim that it was a fictitious transfer and that no funds were exchanged. They would still have to prove it... If you wish to transfer all of your assets to someone, you can do so... even if it's for 1 EUR... PQ winning, and rightfully so.
BuyVM sold, no deadpool yet.
Crunchbits sold, no deadpool yet.
LevelOneServers sold, no deadpool yet.
Seems like they've changed entities to a... Job Centre

This calls for some popcorn 🍿
EU dropping a new sanction in 3…2…1…
No offense, but you do not seem to have a great understanding of how sanctions work in the EU.
If the EU wants to follow-up on this, they are going to have problems again. Upstreams in the EU also need to do due diligence, and many will outright refuse to work with them to avoid risk.
Ultimately, only criminals will be willing to work with such an unstable company, which disregards the main motive for its existence: being an instrumental hosting provider for Russian ops, using legal customers as cover.
Anyway other companies like this one exist and are not sanctioned, so yeah, sanctions are ultimately slow and ineffective.
That's a nice domain.
Whack-a-mole game it is.
I get that, but the reason behind the post being childish and flippant in nature is to illustrate how truly difficult it is to banish someone from doing business on a large scale.
Sanctions definitely do exist, but they are against a now (technically) non-existent entity, and individuals who, on paper, relinquished control over the succeeding entity.
Everyone would like to think that this would be as easy as sanctioning the new entity, and person(s) associated, but, things change when those new person(s) associated have a clean record, and come from a member state, as opposed to being a family member, or being from their home country.
It's no longer as simple as simple as sanctioning someone based in a non-member state. There are rules and regulations to follow, and since we aren't talking about hundreds of millions of EUR, no one is going to care enough.
Regardless of the use case, or whether the provider is being abused by malicious actors, it starts being a bit too complicated for their liking.
Would you rather focus your attention on someone whose collusion doesn't have to be proven in a member-state court, or someone that you can sanction as "easily" as PQ was? I would think it's the latter, IMHO...
Still, it's always interesting to see how fast people come up with solutions nowadays.
lets not do business with a shady company that rebrands just to evade justified ban?
No. Let's to business precisely with that shady company, because it wants to stay in business legally.
evading bans == legal operation?
https://ufo.hosting/ seems to be showing a blank page but they also run that, same old same old.
No.
Changing ownership to EU business == wanting legal operation
No but how did they do it so quickly? If they sold their business, it'd take more time to finalize such a deal, and if it's just a rebrand under a new company then it's just ban evasion.
they were too quick to do such a rebrand...
Hahahahhahaa. Not sure how exactly this will work, considering that "WorkTitans B.V." has nothing to do with hosting, as far as the Dutch Gov knows.
This is such a shit show. The ASN still says "PQ HOSTING PLUS S.R.L." while the ranges show their Dutch BV.
Exactly, they had to do it to avoid sanctions and not lose the customers and business.
Don't get me wrong, I don't know how trustworthy new brand can be. But in my opinion it makes sense to do something like this. Besides, EU will be happy to get its cut in taxes.
Nice rebrand, no one cares since its still the same people behind it.
Lol, kait. Funny but not funny, I was expecting them to rebrand to Z.hosting, and they did the complete opposite. 😂
All jokes and politics aside, apart from noisy neighbors and throttling in certain locations. They are mostly reliable…
Yeah but lying which aint good.
Where is that info listed btw? I don't see their VAT number displayed either.
Its a proper Dutch company but its a front 100%, the website is broken as fuck.
https://the.hosting/en/terms-of-service
https://the.hosting/en/privacy-policy
This is what they told the dutch Chaimbers of Commerce what their activities will be.
FFS, their homepage include poisonous snake around the server. ru products should not be touched. High risk of involucration.
They transferred earlier this month so they'll be stuck with PQ HOSTING on that ASN for the next 2 years due to RIPE policies
Nice CTRL + R in database, all pg.hosting is replaced to the.hosting on the blog and wiki.
