Honestly I've never had issues with response time.
All providers I've tried replied within at most a few hours.
Some even invited me to contact them directly on whatsapp or discord and chat basically in real time to resolve the issues.
Can't imagine the level of dedication it is to be available for customers even those who pay like $5/month.

Kinda fair point. RackNerd/GreenCloud/ColoCrossing usually has non-technical people in their support line that, for anything that's relatively advanced, you have to wait quite a while for a higher up.
For me the worst was probably Netcup. They just take ages. Cloudflare also was rubbish.
