  • Just to let other LET users knew. I already had downtime of Singapore VPS 3 days. And claiming ridiculous reasons of attacks without any proof.. Confusing and seems to run away from responsibilities.

    4 days already and should I wait for another day or week or even month ?
    Service Level Agreement? Do you have that ?
    or maybe customer had to accept below 97% ?
