Hi, I need a dedicated server (no VPS) for second PBS with below minimum config:
4 Cores
8GB RAM
4TB HDD
5TB bandwidth
1x IPv4
Any location
Payment for the service via Paysafecard because other people using my service (something like degoogle - privacy - freedom) support me in the same way.

Limiting your payment options to Paysafecard is gonna be very tough.
Hey, a dedicated server is not possible, because the smallest we sell start with 64GB RAM and we don't have any HDDs under 8TB capacity.

1 - yes easily via iso or if not with iso you can install on top of stock debian, you can also install wireguard (or any other VPN really) and firewalld and then allow only access over vpn very easily

I liked the link because the offer is great! I chose two locations because the backup is very important. Unfortunately, during the order of the service, I was stuck that there is no payment via paysafecard

Happy to help! i do have a few tiny systems in Amsterdam that can meet this requirement. Since those are "non standard" in terms of their spec, they are not listed on the site. Send me a DM (or ideally open a ticket) and I'll let you know some specifics. Depending on whats "in stock" at the moment, you are looking at around 20 Euro per Month for this kind of build with a single 4TB Disk. Larger Disks or Multiple disks are possible at extra cost.
Paysafecard can be done. I'll have to send you an external checkout-link/payment processor linkthat isnt directly integrated into the payment/checkout flow normally used. However because of this PSC Payments are only possible for "Yearly" Prepayment.
