Does anyone know of any shared colocation/dedicated providers with access to crossconnects to tier-1 ISP's?

In Nikhef you can pick up whatever IP-Transit you require. You can also rent additional switchport(s) if you want multiple crossconnects there. For XC's in Nikhef we have a "one-time" setup fee.
