What's weird about it? And I assume you meant to say the budget is too low?
1Gbps is common as are offers on unmetered bandwidth at this speed. Would be shared.
For $52 you can get Ryzen servers with 64GB of RAM and 1TB of NVME (Hetzner AX42). So to offer the same amount for an old CPU is weird. Also, 8GB of RAM on a dedicated server in 2025 is unusual.
Do you need an exact configuration and is that why you're willing to overpay?
That's why I included "minimum" in the original request. Naturally if the specs are higher I wouldn't complain!
