So, colo(n)crosing is leaking after all. There is no way to control server, either via virtualizor or via WHMCS. They de-activated control panel. Server it-self is online and reachable. Guess, Monday for colonus and papa would be tough...

They timed the announcement of the breach really well, during Memorial Day weekend in the US when most of the staff are probably on holiday so not much will be done until at least Tuesday. That's a lot of time for the hacker to destroy their infrastructure.

The ColoCloud team is working hard on this issue. Sincere apologies for those who are impacted. For the ColoCloud team it has been non stop work on this issue since yesterday.
Significant steps are being taken to disconnect the platform from the internet to allow time for us to work on this issue. If your virtual server is down currently it is likely because of this action.

Fun fact: two years ago, during Memorial Day Weekend 2023, downtown Buffalo suffered its first power outage since WWII. The CC datacenter there ran on generator power for 30 hours but didn't suffer any downtime.

Admins are on rotating shifts 365 days 24/7. I have no doubts in this. There is no "days off" in companies. Colonus (papahost) is not low end. And at the moment they are in panic.
