Guys just be aware. Reputable provider and cheap deals but downside is that cpu is low on these:
Ended up cancelling this service.
I joined up and received an email asking for additional verification. When I accessed the link they wanted a selfie and photo ID. Alternatives were to pay via Alipay or crypto but I haven't used either before so was an inconvenience.
As we constantly see, companies are always getting hacked and I declined to do the additional verification as this was just a cheap Vps I was going to use for monitoring. Yabs showed cpu core to be low which was also a factor.
But credit to Racknerd who were quick in refunding 👍

Regarding the CPU performance, the majority of our host nodes are now deployed on more performant V4 processors. Our KVM VPS services run on anything from Dual Xeon E5-2680 V2 to Dual Xeon E5-2699 V4 - either way, whichever you land on, they're solid workhorses for general use cases. For those with extreme performance requirements, we do offer a separate AMD Ryzen VPS product line that's powered by Ryzen processors, delivering excellent single-threaded performance plus fast NVMe disk I/O speeds. That said, for over 95% of use cases, our regular KVM VPS products (including these New Year specials) perform just fine.
As for the verification process you mentioned, when this happens, it's because our payment processors have flagged the payment for review due to one or more discrepancies detected in the payment. We rely on our third-party payment processors (such as Stripe and FastSpring) for fraud prevention. Out of every 500 orders we process, maybe 1 or 2 (if that) get held up for additional review, so it's quite a rare occurrence. And to clarify, the verification itself is handled through Stripe Identity, not directly by us - we don't view, manage, or store the uploaded data, we only utilize the result (i.e. passed or not passed) from Stripe's algorithm, and go from there.
