There is a 5 day no questions asked refund period for all services. There are no imposed hard limits on email accounts, hosted domains, databases, or storage throughput. DM me the IP range if you like. I think only two or three networks are blocked outright, just ones often used to attack my site over many years. Tons of people order with VPNs no problem, I'm surprised it's an issue. Edit: I made some changes to some old block rules now.
@MikeA did you sunset the limited VPS plans with dedicated resources?
The old VDS plans were removed over time, didn't make sense to have two or three systems just for those. People on those were moved to newer/faster hardware a while back (ex, Germany W-2145 => Netherlands Ryzen 9900X... Dallas i9-9900K => Ryzen 7900, etc. including better network and DDoS protection upgrade.) Better to not have a bunch of niche plans that are separate from standard plans and just streamline things. Plus really nobody cared about VDS. The VDS systems were almost always idle, even when full. Can still find some specials in stock here.

Dallas is there. Web hosting is on Hetzner's network unlike VPS though so there's no looking glass, but you can use Hetzner's IP (fsn1-speed.hetzner.com).

I don't use any third party companies for sending emails.
You were banned for ordering, requesting a refund, then immediately ordering the same thing. When a user requests a refund the account is closed, in your case you were somehow able to order again. I don't appreciate my time being wasted!
I also just noticed that you're making multiple accounts now trying to bypass this. You're not welcome to order, any new accounts you make will be deleted.

You can add and manage node apps via the panel. There's no built-in Python manager currently but you can do anything related via terminal if needed.
Because I canceled the monthly payment of the ultimate version and bought the annual payment of the basic version, they look down on me，discrimination。
Typically when someone wants a refund they're not happy.. If you wanted to change your billing term you could have asked, it is a 5 second process, one click. When you refund, the transaction fees are not returned to merchants like myself, so I am essentially paying PayPal to have the opportunity to refund you, and I am in the negative for the promotion deal. This isn't a big deal at all, but this is why accounts are closed, to prevent refund abuse (multiple refunds) and money being "disappeared" into PayPals coffers. It's one reason why PayPal revenue is $30 billion and their CEO is worth $20 billion.
..and don't pull the discrimination card. that's like going into a bar and saying the bar is discriminating for selling you a drink and not refusing you. a big portion of my clients are Chinese assuming you're from CN.
If you want to order the plan with the new billing cycle email [email protected] from your account email, you will have to complete a document agreeing to not request anymore refund to have the account opened.

Yep, storage. Usually promos have lower cpu/memory allocations but this doesn't.
