They offer options for Windows 10 Pro and Windows 11 Pro. You can also install your own operating system using IPMI (remote access tool). It should fit what you're looking for.
$49/month is a little low for us, but we could do the following in NYC:

1x E5-2697v4 / 256gb ram / 2x 1tb SSD (raid 1) /30tb on 10gb: $150/month
