    I think you're offering the wrong services here. Many people here are constantly developing new projects and constantly buying servers and VPSs – if the price and performance are right, they'll sell like hotcakes!

    Older hardware is often needed too - be it for storage or other purposes - the market is there - but prices have to be right.
