For example:

F4: Offer F-4 – €15/yr, Intel Xeon Gold 6122, 2 vCore , 8 GB RAM, 80 GB NVMe SSD, 10 G Port – Unlimited Fair Use, 1× IPv4 & 1× /64 IPv6, DDoS protection, Optional BGP session – available via ticket request for a fee
I believe there is no difference. The provider saves money on time. He orders the dedicated servers, configures them, sends them to the datacenter, so by the time the server reaches the destination datacenter, people have paid on preasales. As soon as the dedicated server is online and configured, the cloud servers are also provisioned, with no loss in time.
This mechanic is also useful to filter out abusers who want the server now and abuse it fast, then chargeback; or to filter inpatient people who just want to complain.
I don't know how such business model will work over the long term, because this is the 5th offer of its kind over the past 3 months. It obviously sold well so far.

This is not our main business model at the moment, obviously all our offers have always sold out so as long as it works, we will definitely continue, but we won't go on forever, this could end at any time.

Because A-1, A-2, A-3 and A-4 have the same Intel Xeon Gold 6122?
Basically they have the same specs, just change numbers of cores, disk space, ram gb etc
