Please ban the account of this merchant according to the 4th Miscellaneous Rules of LowEndTalk Selling Rules, for the reason that the merchant will limit the server net speed on their discretion that proved in this posts.
Continuing allowing @CLAWCLOUD to make ADs here will result in money loss/fraud to the people who buy it's server.

This is a Singapore-based subsidiary of Alibaba, the Chinese cloud service provider. In fact, the company is registered right inside Alibaba’s Singapore data center campus.
If you've ever purchased and used cloud servers from Alibaba, you probably already know—they enforce bandwidth throttling policies. Don’t believe it? Try running speed tests and consuming over 100GB of traffic; you’ll quickly see the truth.
Alibaba uses a “mother node” throttling strategy, meaning if one user on the physical server abuses bandwidth or performs speed tests, everyone on that machine gets throttled.
Now here's the kicker: their Singaporean subsidiary, Claw, operates exactly the same way—but worse. They not only use Alibaba’s infrastructure, but also layer on their own additional throttling policies. That means Claw users are subject to two levels of bandwidth throttling. Absolutely ridiculous!
Despite numerous responses and screenshots in this thread showing clear evidence of throttling, Claw continues to deny everything.
A word of warning for anyone thinking about hosting a website on Claw: they have zero DDoS protection. If your server is hit by a DDoS attack, it will immediately go offline for 24 hours—and opening a support ticket won’t help at all.
Why? Because Claw has no human support staff. All their ticket responses are handled by AI bots that provide canned replies and resolve absolutely nothing.
What a laughable excuse for a company.

This is a low-reputation merchant. The VPS doesn't even come close to the advertised network speed. Like most friends on LET, after using it for a while, the speed drops to 50mbps, and then further down to 2-10mbps.
Please trust that reputable merchants don't get baseless accusations.

Friends, beware of this cloud server provider! They are a total scam. They throttle cloud server speeds to 200-1Mbps for no reason whatsoever. They are scammers, plain and simple. Please be careful and avoid getting ripped off.
