VPS with 12+GB RAM paid yearly

alfatarsosalfatarsos Member, Host Rep
edited May 2025 in Requests

Hello,

I'd like to have a quote for a VPS with the following specs:

At least 2 vCores (3+ are ideal)
12+GB RAM (up to 16GB RAM)
100GB disk (SSD/NVMe)
2TB traffic, 1 Gbps connection
1 IPv4, 1 IPv6 /64
Under 70 USD per year, the lower the better.
Europe only, but all locations are possible
At least 99.9% uptime.

Paid per year, long term. The provider must be 5+ years on the market.

Let me know what you can do :)

Thank you!

The provider must be 5+ years on the market or be willing to share with me some details on their current sustainability as a company (which I'll gladly sign a NDA for, if necessary).

Why do you think any company would go through that just to "earn" your 70 USD / year?

There must be a typo here right?
You want a $5/month VPS and ask for the provider to share internal, NDA worthy, documents? :D

can you send me in dm how much you pay yourself and your workers each month? also send me their CVs so that i know that your workers are skilled enough to earn my $5 / month. Thanks

Wait? I'm supposed to pay them? 😅
Then how do these $7/year deals work?

As usual at this forum, not that many users willing to help; but to troll and comment on things they don't know why they're being requested there are many.

Always remembering me why I don't pay a provider tag here, thank you very much. :)

In order to proceed from here, the NDA request was removed; everything else stays, but that still doesn't mean I won't do some questions if necessary.

I also added an uptime request which should be easy to comply with.

True lowend but it is not about the "deal" requested

  • This is funny because you can't offer this even when accounting for overselling but expect it from a competitor. You also want information that helps you identify areas to lower costs.

    You have no shame.

The request was pertaining mostly to accounting (e.g. company accounts for the previous year), to attempt to ensure sustainability. Nothing too uncommon nor unavailable. In any case, it was removed.

Regarding my company, I'm not only able to offer this, I've already did it at a lower cost before on yearly (obviously yes, it didn't have the full IPv4). I'm not doing that right now as a commercial option, not a technical option.

As for my shame, you don't know me from anywhere to do such a statement.

No offense, but what do you expect when making such a ridiculous request?
Your request already comes with a tight budget, and now you're expecting providers to go through your personal "provider validation process"?
Aren’t you a hosting provider yourself? You should understand that just the time spent dealing with you and your validation process costs me more in work hours than the $5 VPS earns in profit.

Also, since you are an hosting provider yourself, you are literally the competition.
How stupid do you think people are that they send their internal documents to the competition? 😅

Always remembering me why I don't pay a provider tag here, thank you very much. :)

Surely, it has nothing to do with the fact that the provider tags cost $100, and based on your last report, your company's total assets are only $33 😉

Already cleared what I meant with the second part of the request, which was nothing even close to that.

Regarding the company's total assets, they are reported with a delay per the UK system of around 1 year (accounts until 31-05-2024). They are currently much higher. In time, these'll appear.

Did those include sustainability reports? Micromanaging ten dollars is obviously very important for you.

You are shameless based on the above but if you want to consider yourself shameless elsewhere, that's your prerogative but none of my business.

I do have a policy of not spending more money than necessary at any given moment, yes. That's by default and for everything.

Not surprised when you only declared £33 total holdings for your company last year. Maybe it is your own customers who should be asking you for those accompanying statements.

Your request is a total joke, that's why people can't take you seriously here. Are you Michelle?

Leaving no profit margin (or asking for an unsustainable price) for your vendor is not "more than necessary"

We are already at 15 comments and without any relevant response. 15.

This is a serious request, but it may have no possible products. This is okay by me.

Since you aren't answering according to what's requested, what are you doing here other than being a troll at my topic?

Go elsewhere, touch some grass or something. I repeat: this is a serious request.

    Thank you in advance.

Everything has been relevant to your request, people are just pointing out your request, and company comes across as a joke, and you can't seem to deal with that.

Grow some skin and put on some big boy pants.

    @Advin $8/month

  • The cheapest that I remember is 4core(ROME), 16G, 200G=$75 a year, pretty close to your budge.

I didn't buy because its location doesn't fit me.
