    Hello,

    I have a VPS (India location) with DigiRDP. Purchased from this thread during the offer.

    It run fine without any issue but last night, it went down.

    I have received a proactive email from support about a hardware failure with storage disk

    However, till now the service is down. I have reached out to the support but there too, the reply is standard, there are no expected timeline for this to get fixed.

    Is there any provision to kill this VPS and create a new under a different server. I dont need any existing data & I dont need to retain the IP either. Just location needs to be Indian server.

    I have asked the same in support ticket but didn't receive any response.

    @DigiRDP @balramm The Support Ticket ID is #765846

    Thanks.

    Hello,

    I have received a fresh VPS and it is at same location (India).

    Personally, I use this VPS as my home server getway via OpenVPN tunnel, so I dont have any data stored within the VPS and IP change doesn't affect me either.

    Just some extra time to setup the tunnel and port forward to get it going again.

    Thanks.

    Hello,

    @DigiRDP @balramm

    The VPS is unusable at this point.

    Support is asking to wait for node load to subside but unfortunately even after 3 days of wait, network throughput is just crawling.

    If possible, check if something can be done

    Thanks.

    Hello,

    Update

    Just to update on my issue. The support has issued another fresh VM with fresh IP from possibly a different node. This one is performing much better and to my satisfaction.

    Yes, it seems like that. Fortunately for my use case, I didn't have any data on my VM so data loss isn't affecting me. Would be trouble for anyone who didn't have any backup for sure.

    Thanks.

    Hello,

    @balramm @DigiRDP

    I have an India location VPS. Network Performance of the VPS is running slow. I have tried to open a support ticket but the End user panel (Virtualizor) or support ticket page is also not opening with CloudFlare Error 524.

    Can you please check?

    Thanks.

    I had the same experience. Enduserpanel was down for me most of the time with cloudflare error (ticketed in). Hopefully they will fix it for good in the coming future.

    At present, the support page link for ticket opening is also erroring out. I am unable to even create a ticket :(
