I'm not sure what happened, I seem to have purchased a G4.8 spec service and then it disappeared, didn't appear in the control panel and I can't find where to look for the invoice. I then purchased another ......

Paypal has a record of two payments but I can't find them.

They approve orders manually. You have to wait for a few hours to appear.

If I select Singapore, do I need to pay $10 more? Because when I selected SG, the price changes to $60 a year.

It shouldn't be. Prices are the same across all our zones. Can you DM me and give us more detail so that we can take a look? It might be a bug somewhere in our shopping cart...

Thanks for the explanation. That makes sense from a risk management perspective.

That said, I just wanted to point out that Vultr offers 10Gbps and DigitalOcean provides 3Gbps if I recall correctly at a similar price point. Maybe you could consider testing the waters by offering a free upgrade to 2 or 3Gbps for long-term customers, for example those who’ve stayed for 3 to 6 months. It would be a good incentive for customer loyalty while still minimizing risk.

If or when you're able to offer higher port speeds under a system like that, I would be happy to sign up and stay for years.

The only thing stopping me from ordering is the 1Gbps port speed. Almost all my VPSes and servers now have 5–10Gbps ports, even though I rarely use more than 2Gbps.

This is something that we will change in the future. For now, because we are still relatively new at LET, we are being cautious. Giving a 10gbps port to low cost virtual servers could be a recipe for disaster...

It would make it quite easy, and inexpensive, to use our platform to create attack botnets.

It's more of a precautionary measure than a technical one.

I am sure that at some point in time, we will.

Right now, for example, we are working on increasing the IO rate limit that is applied to VM's disks, as we expand our Ceph storage infrastructure to faster CPUs and larger network ports.

As we expand our public network also, I am sure a similar decision will be made...

will there be a LET RAM of 20$ or 25$ with a larger disk.
LET RAM 3 specs are already very good, is there a disk upgrade option or maybe LET RAM 4. :#

How large of a disk are you looking for?

Maybe we can create a new plan...

@serverpoint Honestly I wouldn't know, I think there was a criscross I have 90% in ASH, but I will say the very few EU clients I work with have not mentioned anything/problems. Sorry I have no bar to compare to otherwise.

Oh my mistake! I thought I read AMS instead of ASH! :)

After 25days, will this offer be gone or still if it is not out of stock?

hmm we aren't sure yet... the issue is that we have a few large projects coming up and it's human resource intensive working on those while also keeping up with building, shipping and installing hardware for orders coming from LET.

Data centers can also be slow to provision new power and space... so we though a break of a month or two will help us catch up.

And we do not wish to squeeze too many clients into the existing available hardware. We'd rather stop taking new clients than to provide virtual servers in hypervisors that are too loaded.

This is good news. Honestly, I'm very interested with your offer in SG. Good VPS with veryyyy big bandwidth. The only thing that stop me was the I/O rate limit up to 1.2 Gbps. In the end, I choose another ones with 3.4 Gbps.

Keep up the good work, guys!

Unfortunately, we can't customize these packages. Standardizing them into specific sizes allows to better plan our server resources and thus, offer lower prices.

When you say a storage plan, do you mean a virtual server with a very large disk? How large do you seek?

Or, do you mean object storage, like an S3 compatible service?

a simple vps with nvme boot disk + hdd disk range start from 500gb.

We do not use local disks for our virtual servers; we use Ceph storage clusters for that.

In those storage devices, there is no space for hard disks, unfortunately. All of our storage servers have 2.5" bays.

We do have dedicated servers though that can fit hard disks and we can provide hard disks to up to 22TBs...
