    Maybe yes but one thing for sure he does reply for all the tickets I had few and got reply at time I was sleeping because of time zone issue but yaa he mitigated all the issues I had.

    Yes, it's mainly a solo project for now. Tickets are mostly manageable and response times should be reasonable, whatever that means.

    I've got OnlyOffice setup on a separate server, but I haven't integrated it with the StorageBox yet, (although it looks simple enough).

    The main thing is you need your own Office instance setup elsewhere because there's nowhere near enough resources to run them on the StorageBox itself

    I'm running the Community Server and it needs at least 8GB RAM or it won't install, (although it doesn't consume anything like that when it's running). I think the Document Server version runs with less, but still way more than the StorageBox can manage

    @labze this is still an issue. I raised another ticket since I'm not hearing back -4859090

    This will be a wild guess but I'm thinking maybe they don't reply because since it's a VPS (shared environment) some amount of CPU steal is expected? As long as your applications don't experience any slowdowns that can be directly traced back to CPU steal (i.e.: get frequent kernel messages of CPU cores hanging) you should ignore.

    I'd say 10-15% is pretty unimpactful. On the other hand, Contabo's extreme 60-70% CPU steal is what causes issues.

    Things were REALLY slow CPU- and bandwidth-wise 2 days ago (a minute for an SSH-session, double digit bandwidth). The weird shell which makes it impossible to kill processes from other sessions likely makes this worse - I had my CPU allocation at 400% (IIRC) for almost my entire workday and could do absolutely nothing about it but watch from the web interface.

    HOWEVER this is the first time in half a year this has happened, and I'm still extremely happy with the service. Since labze is very active here I'm betting he'll either look into it or is already able to explain what is going on.

    You cannot install anything on this, except through whatever is available on the DirectAdmin/Softaculous panel.
