Reviews on OrangeVPS?

I'm considering buying the SM25-2 to host a 2-3GB Minecraft server and later use it for personal web development with Coolify. As a student from a third-world country, it's a big decision especially since they have a no-refund policy and no reviews on Google.
Has anyone had any experience with OrangeVPS?

Yes, ticket was answer on reasonable amount time, VPS run as expected according price.
I think you couldn't good performance for MC server with 2.2Ghz, but you can judge by benchmark I do from couple months ago

Thank you for the information!
And also thanks for the heads up, I should compare it with the CPU of the current Minecraft hosting were using, it seems at least enough according to the tables here https://minecraft.fandom.com/wiki/Server/Requirements/Dedicated
MC needs heavy single core performance unless you are running Folia, but Folia is in hella beta and currently recommends 16 cores until tested more. What's going to lag your server is player and mob count. For a few players unmodded, running Paper with a few plugins also helping out with lag, and optimizing the config, you can get away with a CPU GB6 score of 1000.
What really kills the server is mobs you'll find out. Every player adds 70 to the (hostile) mob count and the server tries to spawn mobs every tick. Currently running a MC Homestead modpack server on @SolidSeoVPS VDS and at default setting was getting to 10TPS with around 5-7 players. Switching mob count per player down to 50 (hostile) mobs and having it try to spawn mobs every 20 ticks now has the server running 20TPS with everyone on. Turning down view and simulation distance also massively helps.
So overall, I really recommend a Ryzen VPS or VDS. Some older Ryzen CPUs I recommend a VDS as you can very easily hit 100% CPU usage if your not careful. Newer ones like the 9000s you should get away with a VPS as they are really damn good. (Shout out to @Shakib 9900X VPS).
Epyc I would really shoot for a VDS, these are not usually optimized for single core performance and what @SolidSeoVPS uses for there VDS. I hit 100% single core usage running the server (this explain the 10TPS) on Epyc.
Intel, idk 1000 - 2000 ish GB score, probably a VDS. 3000+ VPS can usually get away with. But again, if you optimized enough, your server can always stay at whatever host VPS fair share limit is.
Also 2-3GB, what is this running? Be a little careful with 3GB to the server on 4GB. On Linux if other stuff starts running, the server will be killed by the OOM. And depending on whats on the server and player count, 3GB might not be enough. Make sure you turn down your view and simulation distance. Default is 10, for what Orange has I would start at 8, but if CPU usage is to high or TPS isn't at a steady 20, turn it down to 6. Players will notice this at 6. Also pregen your world. Trust me on this one, a lot of servers do this.
Be very careful of https://minecraft.fandom.com/wiki/Server/Requirements/Dedicated because some BS is going on here. They recommend more RAM for Linux than a server running Windows. It should be the other way around, I recommend more RAM for a Windows Server.
Thank you for such detailed information to look out for. I really have alot to consider if I even want to host minecraft especially with the CPU. I should probably focus on such VPS for web apps.
Cant you just get Oracle Free-tier? They give you 4 vCPU (ARM cores /w ~1000-1100 gb6 score single thread) 24 GB ram (you'll need this) and 200GB storage
I tried that but they don't accept my virtual card
Avoid at All Costs – Terrible Network and Unresponsive Support!
I have had the worst experience with this VPS provider. The network in the US region is absolutely horrible. My VPS has been suffering from constant disconnects, extremely high latency, and unstable performance for weeks. It's clear that they don't care about maintaining a reliable service.
What’s worse is the lack of support. I’ve tried reaching out multiple times, but no one responds. It's as if they don't care about customer issues or providing any form of assistance.
I chose them because of their pricing, but now I regret it completely. If you're looking for a stable and responsive provider, DO NOT use this one. Save yourself the frustration and find someone who actually cares about their customers and provides reliable service.
Totally disappointed!
