Just... I think it's not valid because @nullnothere already was the first to post a key at :10 (https://lowendtalk.com/discussion/comment/4426292#Comment_4426292) and:
(Though it of course is a nice gesture and @beanman109 would absolutely deserve it.)
Actually I don't think that's really (or at least not easily) possible because whether one wins depends on luck, timings (latency to Cloudflare and then to the backend server), usage of LET's servers, if the DNS entry has to be looked up again, how many users are commenting at the same time, and probably more.
But I think it'll get easier when more users have already won and at times where less users are active.
