Index the database as best as you can, use Object Cache Pro (Redis), OPCache, LiteSpeed, MariaDB, a good CDN caching the the website as much as possible. You'll need lots of CPU if the website is busy.

    --
WooCommerce with 24k products is crazy, woot. I'd use PrestaShop, Magento, etc.

    --
Analyze the plugins individually to find out which ones are consuming the most resources. Get rid of those.

It's 45k products now, this dude is adding 10k products a month

@rajantpws you need a dedicated server, not a vps, not a vds, a dedicated server, you can get one at ovh for 30$/m easily.

He’s under a ddos attack and blows through all of his cpu. For some reason the reseller limits don’t “apply” and hold, so the op goes in now 5 times to date and changes his cpu limit to 32 cores and hammers all 32 fully.

He’s caused an outage for us every time.

Op just needs to move to a large vps or dedi.

45k products with a 30$/m budget something aint adding up

but seriously get a dedicated server from ovh/hetzner

daily visittors will be around 75-100 customers depend on offer and discount days
My client is having 45k products and have 1.5gb database.. need a decent vps high end server budget now $30 permonth

If just 75 - 100 daily customers and 1.5 GB MySQL is causing your WooCommerce website down on a Namecrane Crate, you should consider to hire someone to optimize your database and queries. You can of course just change to a dedicated server or a VPS, but it won't scale when you have 10x customers in the future. Not to mention that when you have more customers, you'll have to prepare for promotions and flash deals, which put ~10x to 100x more short-time loads than your normal average.

Also, as Fran suggested, for WooCommerce sites at this scale it's very typical to get DDOS attacks. You should definitely consider to put everything behind Cloudflare or similar services and let them handle the dirty work.

  • To be honest, for an enterprise, 900 mb mysql database is tiny. 75-100 users simultaneously doesn't put much stress.

There are far too many joins in the database without an index which is causing the bottleneck (talking about time when he isn't under DDOS). It doesn't have much to do with CPU speed currently.

You can go for dedi but without solving the architecture, it will be just putting a bandaid over a bleeding hand. You are just buying time.

What you need is an actual programmer.

A dedicated server with plenty of RAM will be required.

I’ve personally done a few tests, and MariaDB without optimisation with a basic one-table setup and operations like insert, delete, and write, with 4 requests per second, is struggling and crashing daily.

Try netcup root server RS 4000 G11 for example
sure your location is not perfect but something like this should work.
