Don’t think it’s quite 25 per km. I’ve been in mines 2-3 km underground and temperature is 40-50 C.
I have a fundamental solution to the problem, but you definitely won't use it. Unplug the power cord and turn off the computer so it won't heat up. Hahahahahaha
I am using a cooling pad from Cooler Master but this is for small gadgets like NUC and/or laptops.
I have a rather old setup, i7 12700k, RTX 2080ti. Though everything is water cooled, this piece of shit radiates heat like a motherfucker. I have bought some high-end fans, temps are ~ CPU 85-90 degrees c, GPU ~ 90 degrees c. The only "real" solution was buying an ac unit. Otherwise my room will turn into a sauna.
A sauna?! It seems to me that you solved the problem of heating during winter - nothing is better than playing games and generating heat at the same time.
I wish I had those tempts...

Undervolting is something that works......
Modern processors will boost as far as headroom (thermals, self power limits, motherboard VRM's, etc) permit. If you dislike seeing a processor running at 85-95c (I don't blame you!) the best solution is to set a temperature target or power target in BIOS.
Some motherboards have BIOS options called "ECO-Mode", which would drop the power target on a Ryzen down to say 65-80 watts. You can also manually adjust the PBO profile, e.g adjusting PPT. -- This is the setting that directly controls the maximum power in Watts that the CPU socket can draw.
There's equivalent settings on Intel processors. You're losing performance by doing this, to be clear. However it's not a 1:1 ratio. Efficiency decreases as more power and higher clocks are used.
@rurutia: is this one of the Ryzen stock heatsink variants? I happened to get one in the mail yesterday, the largest of the AMD variants, with all the heat pipes and whistles. Will test it tomorrow.
