I can't connect to SSH, and I can't find a vnc connection. No one responded to my ticket. What's going on?
I did get response to a ticket, but they are investigating my issue since yesterday.
The problem is their panel is too minimalistic, there is no option to reinstall, no vnc, so you have no way to recover borked system, you have to delete it and start over which isn't great.
I didn't have luck with setting up anything from them yet. The Debian image is misconfigured, it comes up with 1.9 GB partition which inevitably gets full after the first system update. You have to first extend the filesystem to full disk size, then update and install. Other worse issue is that when connecting to the machine there seem to be running two VMs that are competing for the ssh port? Sometimes you get yours and sometimes you get different remote fingerprint which doesn't accept the password, also your connection gets reset randomly. I did try installing Ubuntu (now outdated 22.04), it lasted longer but during the upgrade (why does it take much longer than Debian?) the connection dropped out and I was again locked out of the system.
So if you don't have much time to tinker around I wouldn't recommend Caasify.
