Northeast US providers that can announce IPv6 space and static route to VPS

Looking for more providers that offer VPS in VA,NJ,PA,NY -- low latency to PA that will / are able to announce IPv6 space (/48) with LOA for VPS products from their AS and static route to VPS IPv6 interface address. It also would be nice to be able to get a couple additional IPv4 addresses. I've already tested with HE.net /48 and found this doable and clouvider /48 but found that I cant control reverse DNS easily.
Usecase: This is for a personal cloud router project for my minecraft/terraria servers and small personal websites, I enjoy ipv6 and find it fun to play with but I don't want to do BGP or get an ASN as a regular person. I like to host things from my home "lab" by routing IPv4 addresses and IPv6 space to my home network via wireguard using vyos. It has worked out well for me so far moreso than a VPS with reverse proxy.
VM specs:
1 vcpu
1GB memory
1g port
5GB disk
5TB transfer
Low spec doesn't mean I expect bottom barrel pricing, it just means I don't need much to run vyos and wireguard and don't want to be a resource hog for no reason. This is personal use only. I found 1 provider that is willing to do this so far. I do understand most providers only will do this with dedicated and colo. Possibly I would be willing to colo a 1u dell server I have to do this if that's what I have to do.

Buyvm
NY based. IPv6 /48 included. Full delegation.
You can also BYOIP.

I have an idle 512mb in NY (super rare IK) and I READ that I cant use much of the port speed on this sizing, is that true? Is there any spare stock or anything, or should I set an alert again to get a higher spec node to be able to be bursty if needed? Then also...are customers able to order extra IPv4 via ticket? I don't see an option for add-ons for this.
You’re fine at 5tb or 10tb even. New York uses like 1/10th of the bandwidth we pay for, it’s insanely quiet.

Awesome. Thanks. What about the additional ipv4?
Did someone say PA?
@crunchbits @sh97
@DataWagon @PureVoltage
You would have to upgrade to the 1GB to order it. Each is $3/m.

Crunchbits said no via ticket to this or a larger ipv6 space than a /64 so I didn't push it. I know it is a weird ask, so the one provider I did find (2 now with buyvm) surprised me.
There's also https://neptunenetworks.com/ (a bit expensive, but their whole thing is easyish bgp) and they do /48 on request.
this is super cool. I've never heard of this before
