Sorry about your data, but why are you guys/gals hosting data with a lowend provider without local (or remote) backups? Hope this teaches you guys the importance of backups, although I still hope people would backup their data without learning this terrible lesson...

Well, in my case it's mostly unimportant data, like movie files and other stuff to fill the disk. but i still hate to be unable to migrate. And yeah, i also learn a lesson now about backups...

this reminds me i have to shift data out of public_html from another provider. brb.
Suggest finding a new provider, you know, just in case.
