Ditch the cheapest plans and your headaches will likely go away overnight. Raising prices may dissuade genuine customers however.
I recall that BuyVM @Francisco stopped offering the cheapest slice ($2/mo or something like that) because a lot of bots from China (?) were snapping it up to cause abuse.

Singapore is cursed. This was a totally unrelated issue and should be fixed. Websites seem online so open a ticket if you still have issues.

honestly, did you really expect anything else?
I have hosted with Hawkhost and there were zero issues for 2+ years. They have all sort of websites - gambling, phishing, you just name it.
Great, they are also a significantly more expensive option, with one month almost costing the same as a year here. Not that I want price to be a excuse for the stability issues this week, but some things are hard to prepare for as a "newer" host - hopefully this will not repeat and should be resolved now.

That seems like a configuration error more than anything else. Germany has been running stable as far as I know. Aren't any tickets opened due to stability issues

@labze is there any latest update?
Now sites in Dade1.hostypanel shows 403 forbidden error. More than 10 emails received everyday from uptimerobot upon outage. Sometimes its up and some times down. Dade1 server is not recommended now a days.
Cleaning up accounts on this server. Unfortunately doing flash sales for shared hosting has done nothing good. All accounts causing trouble has been from recent sales.
Lesson learned.

If anything the plans will only go up in price eventually for new orders. There's too little profit in this as it is to deal with this headache of people buying a $5/year plan just to run some fuck it script that has no place on shared webhosting.

I was create on 19 may, until now @labze not reply my ticket, I don't know why the support is never fast, I think if he already has a lot of clients he should have other staff if he is busy.
