Comments
What is the special promotion for comment first?
Is the S3 Compatible hosting part of the double storage promo or just the nextcloud stuff?
For next Cloud
no longer unmetered? Guess i was right, that's unfortunate
We may offer another unmetered plan in the future. For now, those who purchased during the previous unmetered offer with a 1gbps cap will continue to enjoy unmetered egress. Unfortunately, the offer has now ended for anyone who missed it.
Spoiler Alert – This offer won’t last forever either!
The option to purchase in Singapore doesn't appear in the dropdown (for S3 compatible product).
Only Germany and Canada appear. Tried both links. @systemfreaks

Correct link for SG
@systemfreaks

:')
About this:
For existing customers, does this apply?
Is it possible to monitor the traffic volume on the dashboard?
It applies to all new purchases, if you have an active service from the previous offer the egress is unmetered
hi,
i have a question , can we change the "Visibility" or its set what we set while ordering?
You can change anytime, after order
Can you reply after 11 days?
You can use your own CNAME with Cloudflare by applying their URL rewrite rules. This is currently outside our default support scope, which is why you haven’t received a response yet. However, we’ll be publishing step-by-step guides this week, including app setup instructions.
Secure Cloud Storage nc_590_1747415955
Please cancel it, i buy wrong package
So basically less and less worthy promotion
It is still cheaper than the competition. 3 USD per TB is very appealing.
Please open a ticket, and we will cancel the order and credit the payment
So for S3
USD 3/month for 500Gb initial (free egress forever) + (3x500Gb = 1.5Tb)
nextcloud SG
USD 1.5/month for 500Gb initial (no free egress) + (2x500Gb = 1Tb)
How about next renewal?
The price you mention for S3 is for Singapore , Europe EU and Canada are $1.5 for 500 GB.
All our offers published on LET are valid until you cancel the service, so renewals keep the same rate .
S3 for Singapore USD 3 will get 1.5Tb after free upgrade? Ingress = free + Egress = free
man why everything on Singapore was expensive...😔
That's what I talking about
I have questions on the S3 compatible storage:
1. What's the SLA?
2. In your backend, does the storage is replicated? How failsafe regarding disk failure or datacenter breakdown?
anyway I'm trying your S3 service, order #68287ef4896d3
Hey, just wondering, was the test file you posted hosted in the EU/US? The download speed felt about the same as what I usually get from EU/US.
3 USD gets you 500 GB storage in Singapore with 1.5 TB egress
Questions like 1- 2 come often and are the hardest to answer, specially at the moment that our cluster - locations are keep expanding, but to keep things transparent i will share the current setup, which will probably improve - change as we scale.
From the datacenter SLA is 99.99%, server nodes come with double power supply and hot swap technology, each pool (number of pools varies per location and are increased as needed), Nodes are connected locally, local - private connection is guaranteed at 50 Gbps per node with max 100 Gbps, each pool can support up to 3 node failures and 108 drive failures in total before it gets compromised, in case that for some reason ha Proxy or datacenter is offline, nodes can still access each other using 100 Gbps private network (OLA) , in such rare case there might be some increase in latency until the issue is rectified by the datacenter but connection speed or accessibility won't get effected.
Replication currently 2x (offsite) we plan to offer 3x(offsite) for extra cost soon.
Our main datacenters are OVH or other partners that can offer similar services, we are also part of the OVH ecosystem
If you need further clarification or have some feedback to offer about the service do not hesitate to contact us by ticket.
Where are you testing from ? Speed should be similar
