    To be honest, the delay has been too long. You should come up with a compensation plan now or at least notify customers who don’t want to wait that they can get a refund. Regardless, this is a breach of trust, and everyone must take responsibility for their mistakes.

    He already said you can ticket to request a refund, so credit for his honesty where due (assuming he fulfills it).

    But honestly, this guy needs to raise his prices and hire another worker to help run his business. I think that's the crux of all his problems, trying to do everything by himself while offering barely-covering-the-bills prices. I know payroll is expensive to run but you can't grow your business without hiring employees at some point.

    6 month has been ago and still we didn’t get the server yet. You promised to deliver in 10-12 days. We have already paid it for 6 months. Now, we are not getting any response from ticket

    There wont be any compensation. I am sorry.
    Time start when Service delivered. Should be enough compensation.
    You can throw in Ticket for refund if you cant wait anymore and then purchase elsewhere

    Already offered you refund with last replys but you keep insist for Server
    The Gigabyte mc12-le0 is unstable With this Ryzen CPU after Testing the build as we told you its crashing. You keep insist for Server.

    I will reply now again and Hope you Accept refund. You Need stay at Pfcloud you wanted to move previously because of slow Support you said in discord i remember but right now cant offer any faster anymore either.

    However at least to say, Today i hired someone in Support. First He will learn for a month only and follow up Tickets before He will be able to do more Things. So i think will be faster then

    After talking with some Clients and resellers, Growth will come any way.

    We will still proceed with said Outsourcing still in next months in Addition to be able keep offering competetive Deals on LET as well

    So hopefully i can stay Off a Bit Off The Tickets and solve administrative things, act faster and be there for the Bigger Clients and resellers as we also have customers with loads of dedicated Servers active

    If you see someone in your Ticket with Name Christopher soon, its the new guy who will be there with me. We will do the paperwork Today

    Back to the query about the preorder, can you elaborate a bit more about "Thats 5tb vps, they are Still processing."? Which stage is it at particularly? I understand that HDD might to be re-ordered with a new provider. Are all the harddrives ready to be assembled now?

    Not that I can not wait. But as a customer, we often expect a slightly better communication when the service was to be delayed.

    I think latest next few Business days. Only +-40 Orders left in pending
    I need to say i Need create them manually. In virtualizor you can only Setup plans with primary Drive, which for this plans it is SSD, then you add secondary Drive manually which is the lvm Partition of the storage array, Press edit vps, Power off vps, start vps (to apply settings) then adjust due date and send Email.

    Then sometimes Tickets appear customer dont see His storage drive, because Forgot to Press edit in a rush

    I have inquired back on black friday 2024 already at virtualizor Support. They say this Option to deploy Plans with Second disk will come in future. Don't Take any of this wrong, its a great Software. But else If you build a own solution there is no Perfect Match in this Market. Be it proxmox, virtkick or however its Called, solusvm and etc. Also to be seen from the price Point.

    I have zero knowledge of how the servers are deployed. But I can image that there are some tedious manual work to be done for processing a large group of small orders. Anyway, I will stay put for your further update, or check back after a few working days.

    If we need refund, We never proceed for server. We are waiting from 6 month just for getting the server. i have replied it again on ticket. I hope issue will be resolved soon. You told us, The node will be free at the mid or end of april so you can provide us, but may is going still no progress.

    @HostSlick Please add new seats for the VPS with 5TB SAN Storage offer, I needed to give this offer to my mother, for her 11th of May 😉​😅​, but because of your Paypal configuration that did not allow me to subscribe, she cannot pay the order and the invoice was cancelled. Now my mother, will be without her new VPS storage server as a gift, when you deliver them, before 2026 😥😥​​.
