How about you get off your lazy ass and do the needful?
You should easily be able to tell which servers are not online on your node and fix it. There are more than me with issues, so seems to me you have a whole node that is offline and broken and instead of letting anyone know that you just are not answering tickets or fixing anything.
Even worse, you haven't even taken any time to REPLY even to the ticket after more than 4 business days.
If you don't want to be a host anymore you should just tell people and close up shop.

just to clarify - every node is up and running, and Your server was probably moved one day (I don't know when) - and virtualizor does not reflect the change. This was the case of the ie. previous comment and so on. You can even check on the status page, that every node is replying to ICMP requests - soon we would like to share more detailed statistics, as we move to owned uptime platform (better historical charts, more information about the node, multiple probes - like TCP pings, ICMP, HTTP to panel service etc.). I would love to handle the case peacefuly - I replied to nearly every open ticket (some opened are awating planned change, other ones will be handled later today). I asked You for ticket ID to investigate the case You mentioned - sometimes the ticket was on "on-hold" status or completly unassigned (ticketing solution migration). I do not see at the moment any active ticket regarding issues with the server connectivity from ~4days period You mentioned, so there's high probability that I answered it today. hi my vps is online based on dashboard and vnc, but i cant access it from public.
from my monitoring tools on singapore, its been 11 hour down.
Unfortunately, I have the same problem. I turned it off and on once and it worked, but after an hour it went out of reach.
In recent months this started happening to me almost once a week (to the point I've moved things elsewhere for the time being). I found that if I used the control panel and power cycled it a few times, I could generally get it reachable after 2 to 3 power cycles and it would hold for a week+. Try doing this and hopefully it'll come back up for you.
I turned it off and on several times but it stops working again after a few hours. I sent a message to support but unfortunately they only reply after a week. I will probably migrate my server to another place.

Today, we needed to urgently do 1 think on node06 - alerted on WHMCS and status page. After that, everything seems a lot more stable

tried restart for couple time but still unreachable. It fixed couple hour ago after i send a ticket and confirming no change on networking stuff on my vps. its been so much problem on this last 2 week, and the ticket respond time its like 1-2 days. guess chunkserve must improve this in the future .
