NAT VPS with 98% uptime
I've tried Gullo and while their annual price is good, it is too weak in terms of specs, so even if they claim/offer 100mbit I never reach these, system/VM latency is very bad as well + they often have issues with bad actors.
I've tried Khan, they have great offers in terms of bandwidth cap but they have aweful uptime, almost every day I get network outages that can last for hours.
I've tried Webhorizon as well, to me it was worse experience then the rest of two.
Looking for something very simple:
- 178-256 MB of RAM
- 2-5GB HDD (does not matter really, my userspace would only need 100-500Mb)
- 500-800GB bandwidth
- EU locations
- 3.5-5$ annual

Raise your budget or expect providers to deadpool
To make up for the small yearly price, they put more people on the Node.
I ditched all my NAT services a while ago, to unstable for me.
At this budget, you gonna run into the same issue again.
At least pay 10$/y but even then, depending on what provider, you run into the same issue again.
For minimal NAT vps? That's average market price.
Good luck with offers!

Is IPv6 only an option for you? There's Scaleway with 1GB of ram, 10GB SSD and 100Mbps network in France/Warsaw/Amsterdam for ~$0.4/Month
Unfortunately, no
For NAT/v6?
For both uptime guarantees and more resources allocated to NAT VM (CPU)
His complaint is about daily outages, not about the lack of a 99.99% SLA
I would like to remind you that we are talking about $3.5-$5 yearly VPS. And I would quote the original complaint (you mention only one issue):
Do you know any other NAT hosts within the budget who are better than three already mentioned by OP? I don't.
host2 nexus has a VPS with a full v4 for $6/year
They also have a review from Alexey Navalny himself.
Do you have a VPS with them?
If so, are there any issues or are you satisfied overall?
The provider is sketchy as fuck at the first glance, I wonder how they're able to provide no PROMO services for the yearly ipv4 lease price.
Here's their ASN btw. They seem to be related to landvps.ru .

Only faced a single network outage that I'm aware of. Their network seems quite good (at least to me. 26ms from Barcelona to Frankfurt is insane)
Not a single host node issue either that I'm aware of (rebooted only once to set up IPv6). Have this VM since November last year, so over 7 months.

They have a /20 that is related to landvps.ru one way or another, so I dunno about that, but landvps.ru has also been rock solid and friendly to me so far.
Thank you for detailed answer @zGato
I guess there are some things I'll never understand about this world.
I've had a VPS with them for months, downtime has been near 0. Network is great, get ping much lower than my other DE VPS's. Performance is pretty decent, especially at this price.
in which location your facing the Network outage can you please share the details over ticket it will be helpfull for me to troubleshoot

We have that, provided via socat, at 3.69 USD/year and with 320MB of RAM and more HDD and bandwidth. Currently Finland and with an Intel Core i9-9900k, though this processor will be improved soon for this offer (and the current customers naturally migrated to it). Available here.
Ensure you read the specifications of the offer at our website and that it suits your needs.
I got a cheapo Gullo's NAT VPS with 128MB of RAM and 2GB of disk for around 3€/yr. I only use it as a SSH Socks proxy. My only complain so far is that after several days idling it would become unresponsive, so I scheduled a weekly reboot and no more issues happened, yet
