Howdy, here are the requirements:
- Ryzen 9 5950X / 7900X / 7950X
- 128GB of ram
- 1TB NVMe (If possible may it be 2 x 1TB)
- 1Gbps network, at least 10TB
The lower the latency to Brazil the better, Florida is preferred. I'm only aware of ReliableSite that can offer in this location.

ReliableSite is definitely your best bet for Florida if you want a higher end Ryzen. I've never had any complaints about connectivity from people in Brazil or other south American countries.
