Damn, doubt there are any good once but that sounds super interesting, all i've seen is that India is super into cencorship and ISP controll.

Thanks for this but Static Indian Residential is actual need..
It's not that hard to get an ISP ASN and subnet in India, if you are looking at right place with right person. Minimum requirement for it is Class C ISP license and presence in any town or maybe even village works.
I don't want to setup as big pressence (ISP License) this is just small requirement for Residential Static Proxy.. So looking for a solution if someone already did that..
Interesting timing for a Pakistani company to be asking for Indian residential proxies.
