  Some criticism: It would be great if invoices had the location stated in them. I chose Amsterdam for my flash server but now I'm second guessing if I really did choose Amsterdam or misclicked when looking through all the options...

  Yes, BGP is billed separately, at $10 USD setup fee per location (once setup, it can be used to make sessions on all your servers in that location).
