ImpactVPS: not able to add new server

I have been running multiple cheap VPS with that provider. Recently I wanted to see if I can change the IP of my service by deleting the VPS and adding it again. But on the resulting form there is no "Ok" button to confirm my selections:

    @hinkelhausen

    If I not wrong, they migrated the old OpenVZ based VPS customers into the AlphaVPS, and provided the same plans (without pricing changes) in 2024 November. One of my VPS was affected too. You should contact with AlphaVPS.

    Ticket / notification about the previous migration:

    reguards,

  • Hi hinkelhausen,

    This could very well be an UI issue with your VPS provider's control panel or a bug and contacting Support to intervene is recommended. Seeing as you're looking to change the IP address and Support is not reachable/unresponsive Check the networking or server settings in the control panel for options like “Reassign IP” or “Change Network". This is a work-around solution. You may have to try and attract the Support department in some other means. Feel free to hit "Confirm it" which may just do the trick.

  • from alphavps support just now:
    "As ImpactVPS is closing down, you won't be able to add any more VMs there. Eventually, we will migrate all ImpactVPS services to AlphaVPS, but we cannot give you an ETA on this."

    My vps was migrated to AlpahVPS brand, and is now KVM based. They sent an email out a long time ago, I'm surprised you're still on the old platform with your servers working.
