Looking for a Server with 10GBPS Bandwidth and Unlimited Traffic in Europe

I am looking for a dedicated server located in Europe with the following specifications:

10GBPS bandwidth

Unlimited traffic

Memory greater than 32GB, CPU single-core greater than 2GHz, with more than 20 cores.

At least three 8TB NVME SSDs

Seeking server provider quotes.

    why would they have one? they've been around 10 years and aren't using them as an upstream anywhere.

    i took one of their 100G products for a spin in AMS-1 Iron Mountain and just wanted to know for future reference
