I bought your "IP Reputation Scan" service, filled out all the company details as requested, and received the scan report in my dashboard, until your team reached out asking for various documents to use the platform, I explained them that I already bought the service I needed and not planning to use anything else (IP leasing etc..), so they closed the verification process and now I can’t even access the report I paid for.
Is it really necessary to go through the full manual verification process that you do to provide subnet leasing as well for the blacklist scanning service? It seems a bit.. overkill.
(I also re-contacted you via the support ticket asking for a solution and I'm waiting)
Based on the wording on the site and in the post I would imagine pricing is set as "per scan" rather than continues monitoring of IP Space over time

@IPXO is there any representative example IP reputation report so we know what to expect from this? Your description doesn't really say much - or is it really just the number of IP addresses listed on a few DNSBLs (with some nice graphs for that)?
Our IP reputation tool doesn’t specifically detect countries on the OFAC sanctions, but it can show you how many blocked IPs come from each country. To ensure your IP addresses aren’t associated with a country sanctioned by OFAC, first find out the country associated with the blocked IP by using WHOIS lookup tools like https://ipinfo.io/. Then, you can check if that country is on the restrictions list. You can view the list of sanctioned countries here: OFAC Sanctions Programs.
