Yes, pay the 3 year term upfront and some specs get doubled. It's still the same $/yr price-wise but you are committing to the VPS for 3 years. (You can service transfer it at any time.)
Just triple check that the region you chose qualifies for the 2x specs since not every region offers it. Read the fine print before ordering.

I've always found HH London storage to be performant, both in disk and network.
Dang, I wish the $55 8GB was still there with 4 cores. Too big of a jump from $29 to $115 plans for me.
