    Css is broken.
    i set res at width 1000px and it overflows, theme has width 1080px.

    No, it was broken before.
    It uses fixed (width) resolution (1080px) which causes overflow, bottom scrollbar appears if you have screen resolution lower than 1080px width.
    Someone with css skills should look into it and fix it.
    Using width and not max-width causes issues.
