Hello
I'm looking for the best value/price for a storage server or an FTP box that's going to be used for daily backups
What is need is around 20 TB space
Almost unlimited bandwidth and 1 Gpbs dedicated uplink speed

If you really need unlimited and dedicated bandwidth lines you probably need a dedicated server like OVH.
I know hostbrr, 60 TB bandwidth is fine for me
The only problem is that the uplink speed of then is very unstable and sometimes it's 100 Mbps depending on the croud and overall usage
at least 1 Gbps uplink is critical for me

maybe hosthatch? they have 40gbps ports, so you should always be able to hit at least 1gbps.
