Maybe if you asked for 100 KS-A instead of 1 he might sort you out
Thank you!
• It’s not using WebSockets yet. It scrapes the API every 3 minutes and refreshes on page load, but real-time updates are on my roadmap.
I’ll add the per server updates to my to-do list. Appreciate the feedback! 🙏
This happened at some stage in the past: https://lowendtalk.com/discussion/comment/4235040/#Comment_4235040
Not sure what it meant.
I received an email from an OVH representative saying I could get support through him and access services like:
Bulk orders (e.g. waiving setup fees),
Product inquiries, roadmaps, and stock info,
OVHcloud partner programs,
Meetings with solution architects,
Discounts and custom deals on bulk orders,
And even sourcing servers that aren’t listed online.
The email included his WhatsApp number and came directly from his OVH email. I have multiple OVH accounts, and after the second month of renewal, I started receiving emails from different reps on each account.
The SYS-LE-1 in GRA anyway. Eligible to vRack. And the CPU nobody knew existed (or wanted it to exist).
Disks as advertised.
the 10g download is nice but that cpu is absolutely shit
Looks better than the benchmarks I found. Also looks like 500 Up, 10G down?
Not bad 10GB Download speed
Any LE-3 10gb both way yet?
I think that CPU could make sense when you are building a server and want a shitload of RAM or PCI express lanes, for a small enough TDP and price. As a SYS server though, it's not the best I guess.
On this sale, OVH is pulling an Invidia, they could have sold the lower tiers as Kimsufi.
I didn't even know such Intel CPU like that exist
If they offered the 2141I on the KS range id still feel robbed only reason its SYS "worthy" is the age of it
@loay wonderful work. Would there be a chance to list RAM (plus ECC or on-Die) and disks as well for those different varations of one server, e.g. SYS-3 or Advance-1? (e.g. as a second line below the CPU?)
🤨🤨🤨
If you needed 2x4tb storage cheapish with private networking its still viable but the cpu is cooked i cant believe they offer it
Honestly something that might be outside of the scope for this website but that I really want is a site that lists all current offers, with each variation possibility of each server as different servers, and where I can filter RAM, private network, disk, etc
So if I sort by 128 GB RAM, all of the server prices that I see either comes with at least 128 GB RAM by default OR the price includes the addon cost for the 128 GB RAM
Sorting like that on OVH is impossible, you sort with addons but prices are without them. Useless
Sorry, I wasn’t thinking of servers
For 10€ on Kimsufi it would sell.
maybe the whatsapp contact can hook us up
Do you think? Compare it to any of the 10euro KS-LE the cpu is worse in every case, assuming you got the network then maybe...but that cpu with 300mbit they would have to pay me 10euro a month to keep it
@emgh checkservers.ovh might be of some help, you cannot filter on page but can subscribe to availability updates on the right models (e.g. the ones with 128GB RAM). Unfortunately that site isn't always updated about special flash or LE deals as the base informations seems to be added manually and only availability checked via ovh API. So it only really helps for the main catalogue of OVH Eco Kimsufi and SyS ranges.
I wonder if what you are looking for is a script that convert the catalog from the API into some sort of excel file.
SYS-LE-3 is the only tempting option same as BF really, would of been nice to see some of the RISE Ryzens
Some good deals.
But we got better deals in the past
Expected with sys range
Honestly yes this might be sufficient and also very doable just using Claude. It’ll likely one-shot it
Thanks, didn’t think of it
Okay 8.50€.
9.99$ CPU for comparison
