    yea i was considering until i discovered that connecting from Taiwan to your SLC location has to go through Hong Kong while connecting to LAX is direct, resulted in 50ms increase in latency which is pretty significant. :(

    Depends on the carrier the path is taking. It could be PCCW, CT AS4134, TATA, BBIX peering or GTT.
