Find a 10G-20G unlimited server in Amsterdam
Thanks to the host @dan_onlyservers. Their 10G unlimited traffic server is very good and the price is very affordable, only $99.5 per month. Unfortunately, they are UK broadband, which is not very fast to China.
So I want to find a service provider in Amsterdam

More of a side note or hint: AMS quite likely is not the best location if connectivity to/from China is your main concern. You might want to have a look at southern France locations (as well as italian locations probably).
Strongly simplifying Europe -> across Atlantic ("west-bound") NL and UK highly likely are the best choices. East-bound however FR, in particular the South) and IT is a better choice because that's where the east & far-east cables land first usually.
