Is TensorDock Reliable for Cloud GPUs?
Hi all,
Has anyone used TensorDock(https://tensordock.com) for cloud GPUs? I’m curious about the reliability in terms of performance, uptime, and support. Are there any issues or hidden costs to be aware of?
Appreciate any insights!
Thanks in advance!

@lentro
They are pretty good, I've been using them for a while. There were some hiccups when spinning up new instances / destroying a vm recently, but support got back to me relatively quick
It seems like he has left LET.
Did the issue get resolved in the end?
yep they did
- some issues with unlucky dead gpu rolls and platform update maintenance
I tried TensorDock few weeks ago, having issue with some instance..
Try to start different instance, and some of those not usable.
I mean instance started, but either speed unacceptable or gpu issue or else.
Not recommend with my experiences.
Thank you, muffin
Thanks for sharing your experience! Do you have any other GPU cloud platforms you'd recommend?
vast.ai or runpod?
Runpod [aff] - https://runpod.io?ref=0ayta9io
Runpod [normal] - https://runpod.io
Vast [aff] - https://cloud.vast.ai/?ref_id=150539
Vast [normal] - https://vast.ai/
He sold TensorDock month ago and went to different position at new parent company

Disregard.
The platform itself is bad, had an instance running for hours, tried to terminate it kept giving me an error code over and over for hours, ended up -$40 in balance by the end of it.
