Free, low cost (affordable), stunning that's a great combination but you will have to either hire someone with good skills or master those skills yourself.
Goto Youtube and check the tuts where people show how they build websites using different themes and builders.
Astra, Kadence, Generatepress can be ideal choices all these have free versions that are well optimized for performance although they do have a learning curve.
Personally, I would suggest you hire a dev to build a custom cms for your movie website.
