    Yes, we acquired ST-Hosting and it will run now as Part of NUXOA GmbH. The location, products and prices will be the same. Also the same people will work for ST-Hosting.

    We will expand the team with our people and knowledge. Also we will have 2 new product lines ready for 1.5 with a big sale!

    Glad to hear that the products and prices will stay the same.

    I have a VPS from sthosting and it runs very smooth. No downtime so far afaik.
    2c, 6gb ram, 80gb SSD for 72€ triennially. Will i be able to renew this in the future for the same price?

    Never heard bad things about @sthosting or @NUXOA

    Usually how this all goes according to my multi-decade experience:

    1. You have money to invest;
    2. You research niche and product with unique features. In this case st-hosting custom made crm;
    3. To acquire IP you either buy it or buy whole Gmbh with it. Invest;
    4. Since custom made software is hard to take over without problems, staff members are left intact. You introduce your own people, to absorb knowledge;
    5. Since you have control pack of shares, you dictate everything. With time, old staff members replaced with new one, to avoid ‘intoxication’;
    6. Usually within a year ROI greed kicks in and you begin to restructure everything and plan to quit low end market as main goal - IP is assimilated and key staff members are replaced.

    That’s typical, standard scenario. Latest example of that would be terrahost I assume.

    Thats a typical scenario, but it wont Happen to this migration. We have several reasons why:

    1. ST-Hosting is a very profitable Brand which is very established on the german market as one of the biggest prepaid Hosting companies. We absolutely didnt Sell the Brand as Financial reasons. The main reason is, that we are growing and growing in the B2B business and we have to restructure our Company to fit the new requirements (and yes, B2B Business is much more profitable and „smoother“ than B2C business)
    2. We have signed a three year contract with NUXOA and the datacenter to underline our promise that nothing will be changed on the regulär Business
    3. My Company and the NUXOA got the same DNA. We did meetings several singe 1,5 months to knowing each other better and better. In March we spend a week together face2face on CloudFest in Rust. I cam absolutely say, that I am absolutely sure that Max with his team will keep the „ST-Hosting-DNA“ and will Push the Brand into the future with the Same decisions as I would do. And every Customer that were in contact with me in the past knows, that my Intention is always to make our customers happy. I would NEVER sell my Brand to a Company when I am Not to 100% sure about it.

    It was and we would do that again :) - we have a very good Network Infrastructure now (up to 100G) and we have much more possibilities to grow here in Nuremberg :)

    I've been using ST since early 2019 and generally been happy with them, unfortunately they removed the VPS configurator :(

    Future on we will have a configurator available again. Just give our devs some time but we will announce it for sure!
