What's the specs you are looking for? Please be more specific such as RAM, location etc.

The specifications aren't that important to me, I need it for 2- 3 days. The only thing I'm interested in is a **200 GB ** HD Free Space
As I said, I need to transfer some files from one server to another and I don't feel like doing it over my home connection.
If you only need it for 2-3 days, which is not mentioned in your original post, best to just get hourly instances from Hetzner / DigitalOcean etc.
Why not just get a Vultr or Hetzner server? Their VPS/cloud servers are billed hourly. If it's because of Windows, do you really need Windows just to transfer some files? Any Linux desktop (install XRDP to use Windows Remote Desktop on Linux) will do it...

Why not just scp from one server to another (either push or pull depending upon which server you are logged in)?
